Great experience! Everyone in the office from Courtney who answers the phone to the production team Laura, Sam and Kat they ALL were extremely helpful taking time to answer my multiple questions before the installation day. The crew that install the roof lead by Maria was amazing, polite, respectful and hard working guys.

Jay, our project manager, was prompt, professional, and communicative. He also was willing to take extra steps to meet our satisfaction. When a roof leak occurred between agreement and the installation, he even came out in the pouring rain on a holiday weekend to place a tarp on the roof. The installation was quick (one day); clean-up was exhaustive, and the results provide a much improved look to the home.

I was contacted by sales staff James Imhoff. He was responsive any time I called or texted. He spent the time necessary to get the resources to help with my insurance company and secure the replacement. At all stages of the work the GreenTek office was in touch with me scheduling the shingle drop off and dumpster. The crew showed up on time and were very friendly to speak with.
