I hate getting phone calls durring dinner. I dislike even more when the phone call is a company that is fishing for buisness. The person that called my number is Tyler. Maybe i could find the phone number for owner of greentek roofing and give him a call at 2 in the morning when my work day starts. Just tring to mak a point... This company doesn't seem to be interested in honoring their warranties. I purchased this house from the original customer and discovered a leak. I called and confirmed they transfer warranty to new owner. This was well within the warranty period (by over a year). In fact, they acknowledged the warranty and came out to do the repair. Overall process was good. Company is reputable and did a good job. Austin communicated well. We had 5 units that needed to be addressed and Austin worked with all 5 owners to meet their individual needs which was great. However, one of their employees took it upon herself to get involved with a domestic violence police situation that was occurring at my home and it really left a bad taste in my mouth, which is the reason for the reduced rating. Good people. Little bit of a rocky road but they hung in there and I am satisfied with the results. Brandon Schwing sold me on the project and I’m glad he did. Stuck with me thru the project. John Fisher stepped into a difficult situation and got it squared away. Can’t say enough good things about him. As long as those two guys were involved, I wouldn’t hesitate to do business again with Greentek.
