Had a great experience ! James my sales guy was fantastic, he provided me all the info I need and genuinely showed me that he cared. On the install day the crew was extremely polite , they treated me and my house in a respectful way. They answered all my questions and made me feel that they were professionals. Hi Jordan, we appreciate the review and we apologize if there was a miscommunication after the roof was completed. Those emails are automated and are intact to help ensure full payment is received. We apologize that it wasn't communicated that there would be back end money that the insurance company would send once the roof was completed.

Greentek replaced my roof a month ago and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them! Eddy was my point of contact and was always available with a prompt text or phone call if I had any questions. The job was well done and completed in the time frame agreed upon. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have anything repaired or replaced with their roof.

This company was fantastic! They were thorough and professional from the minute I contacted them for a quote. I worked with Jay and he was with me every step of the way and always let me know what was going on. The office staff was outstanding as well! Everyone was pleasant and I was never left not knowing when things would take place. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!

We asked for a referral from a neighbor who had work done, and we called and asked for a rep to come out and check our roof. David Sieben was instrumental with me ultimately choosing to go with this company. He was professional, helpful, kind, extremely patient with our many questions. Job start was delayed due to weather, but as soon as there was a decent window of time, they got the job done - and QUICKLY.
