I am very interested with the work they have done
This company doesn't seem to be interested in honoring their warranties. I purchased this house from the original customer and discovered a leak. I called and confirmed they transfer warranty to new owner. This was well within the warranty period (by over a year). In fact, they acknowledged the warranty and came out to do the repair. Overall process was good. Company is reputable and did a good job. Austin communicated well. We had 5 units that needed to be addressed and Austin worked with all 5 owners to meet their individual needs which was great.
However, one of their employees took it upon herself to get involved with a domestic violence police situation that was occurring at my home and it really left a bad taste in my mouth, which is the reason for the reduced rating.
