Update: 7/18 - I was hassled about signing the certificate of completion and final payment for over a week and finally on July 1st I asked if the permit/inspection was completed and was told they had to look into it. Mind you, the roof was completed June 24th and told me within a week the inspection would be completed. As of July 15 I scheduled my own inspection and had not heard a single word from Greentek. Our roof had some wind damage over the past couple of years and leaks were starting to appear on a couple ceiling areas so we knew it was time to have it replaced. From start to finish, Greentek was very responsive and professional. Their crews always arrived when scheduled and were very professional. Our roof looks so much better and no issues with the install whatsoever. Highly recommend!

No need to look any further. GreenTek property solutions is the only roofer you should call. From day One I was informed step by step. Times were always precise to delivery’s of roofing material and dumpster. Staff at office was very helpful and professional though out the process. Couldn’t be any more happier with my new roof.
