            Process has been great. Worked directly with Austin who has been more than helpful every step of the way as Rey responsive and an excellent communicator. Even with little issues along the way which will naturally happen, they were addressed promptly. Highly dependable which is difficult to come across. I highly recommend.

            Green-Tek did a great job on our 12-unit Townhomes in South Tampa. John Franco (owner) gave us a good price and was easy to contact. He also agreed to attend a zoom meeting to answer all questions from our HOA board members and addressed all issues during the course of the project. The workers themselves worked hard and were very professional. The overhead staff was also helpful and easy to contact.
