It started with their careless employees driving a dumptruck on my lawn, requiring extensive turf repair. After starting the project they did not tarp the unfinished areas causing leaks inside my house when the rain came. Extremely rude and amazingly disinterested customer service. My husband and I have used this company in the past. Today we called to have them do some repair work on our farm's roof. The woman who answered the phone informed me that they are booked two months out. I asked if I could be placed on the schedule. She then informed me that they were booked three months out.
