    Wow! What terrible customer service! We called for a free estimate, and we're told we would get a call back to schedule a free estimate soon. After following up twice over the course of a week with no call to schedule, we were then told an estimate had been done (without our verification), and that we could expect a bill. We had not even seen any estimate, but they were ready to bill. Dishonesty at its best! You'd be better off going anywhere else!

    I am not one to write reviews, but I just couldn’t, in good conscience, not let the public know about my poor experience with Gregory’s. It started with their careless employees driving a dumptruck on my lawn, requiring extensive turf repair. After starting the project they did not tarp the unfinished areas causing leaks inside my house when the rain came. I had to have a contractor come repair the ceiling damage in my dining room and garage from this negligence. After the job was competed... Read more

    Extremely rude and amazingly disinterested customer service. My husband and I have used this company in the past. Today we called to have them do some repair work on our farm's roof. The woman who answered the phone informed me that they are booked two months out. I asked if I could be placed on the schedule. She then informed me that they were booked three months out. She also said that they do not work on metal roofs anymore. I asked politely if there was some one that they could recomm... Read more
