Too busy to give me time of day, I regret making it sound like they don't care. I actually did contact others and got no reply at all. I'm just worried about damage to my home. I do retract my comment.

Hi John. We did get back to you the same day and we let you know that we would not be able to get to your project right away because we did not have anyone available at that time to get out there. We did recommend that you could try any other AARA (Alberta Allied Roofing Association) member to see if they could help you sooner. Some of the bigger companies have repair departments and can get service guys out there faster than us. We hope you understand, thanks for reaching out.

Would definitely recommend Guns n Hoses. Everyone I encountered was incredibly professional and helpful. Financing as a breeze. Was even able to get my windows replaced at the same time using one of their subcontractors. Site was left clean every day and the workmanship was stellar. Highly recommend.
