Roofers showed up a day early with half an hour notice, confirmed what I already knew, applied silicone and charged a small fortune for a job that may or may not be resolved. Will use again but will be expecting a bit of a break if said issue is unresolved.

When a client calls for a repair, and we have a spot open up to get them scheduled in sooner than anticipated, we will always take the opportunity to help you out as soon as possible. Sometimes this means a shorter notice time frame because we had an opening pop up. Our service charge is standard set price just like other companies in our industry, and yes you are correct in assuming if we need to come back to take another look at the same issue, you will not be charged another full service charge.
Had them come out for a quote for downspout work and they arrived on time a couple days later when they said they would. We reviewed the scope and receieved a quote on site which was competitive. Work began immediately as he had material on hand and was back on time the next day to finish the work. Very friendly, professional, and good work.

we had our roof and skylight done in June 2013 This is a Great Company, Staff was friendly,knowledgeable,punctual and professional. Before they left they cleaned every thing up and had shown my husband the work at his request.
