Roofers showed up a day early with half an hour notice, confirmed what I already knew, applied silicone and charged a small fortune for a job that may or may not be resolved. Will use again but will be expecting a bit of a break if said issue is unresolved.
Had them come out for a quote for downspout work and they arrived on time a couple days later when they said they would. We reviewed the scope and receieved a quote on site which was competitive. Work began immediately as he had material on hand and was back on time the next day to finish the work. Very friendly, professional, and good work.
