Update: We were able to get a phone call back and get our issues resolved. Was unfortunate with the timing of everything, but I'm glad things have been rectified. i have updated my review accordingly. Would love to give 4 or 5 star review. Quote was off from the beginning due to size of fascia installed even though it was discussed at the quote meeting (no big deal, that's fine). The install itself went fine, the work was up to par. I cannot be more happy with Neil from Guns n Roses. He was honest, knowledgeable, quick, reasonable, friendly, and worked for my best interest. He was also incredibly generous with his quote after I got burned/screwed over by a previous contractor. Could not recommend them more. I will be referring them for many years to come.
