Update: We were able to get a phone call back and get our issues resolved. Was unfortunate with the timing of everything, but I'm glad things have been rectified.

Hi Wesley, Thank you for the feedback. We do ensure there are no leaks so when a leak happens, we will fix it. As you know the weather has been all over the map the last few weeks, and we are getting back on schedule. We cannot fix a gutter leak when there is snow or ice in the gutter or the temperature is too cold.
