I'm going to start off by saying that the siding replacement that was completed was done well and on time. The siding is a pretty good match to the original. The estimate provided was fair and the video inspection left zero questions of if the work was necessary. The issues I had with Guns N hoses and the reason for my low review stem from lack of communication and work being left incomplete. Hi Christian, we appreciate you addressing your concerns. Normally when we replace siding due to hail damage, the gutters are also replaced because they are the most vulnerable due to hail. The reason they were taken off your home and not put back on by our sider, is that 98% of our clients in the area got paid to change the whole eavestrough and downspout system from the insurance, and our siding crew assumed the eaves and downspouts were also getting replaced. Once we were made aware of what happened, we informed you we would rectify it. It took a few trips because we were told the material was all on-site still, which unfortunately it wasn’t, so we ordered new material, at our cost, and then the supplier gave us the wrong color which we only noticed when we went to install it, so that caused another delay. The downspout in the back of the house clearly runs directly into the lower gutter to eliminate having a complete extra downspout run to the ground and crowd the area. If you would like to run the top downspout to the ground(adding a second extension right next to the lower one) we will come and do this, again at our cost for you. Every client is important to us, and although it took a couple of trips to finish up the work because of the reasons mentioned above, we did get you brand new downspouts as promised, and for free, before the rainy season started.

When my husband and I decided to redo our roof we received 4 -5 quotes from various roofing companies. Guns and Hoses was the only company to come to the house and go on the roof and inspect it. Keith went on the roof and videoed the roof and was very thorough in explaining what was wrong. When the time came for the roof to be done, the work crew were very friendly.
