This new construction home located in Trussville Alabama was approved for exterior waterproofing during construction. After our initial free estimate, the builder and home owner agreed to encapsulate the crawl space in stages. During the initial build of the foundation walls, H2O Waterproofing applied their proven exterior waterproofing membrane and drains to the perimeter of the home. We also installed the wall protection and a temporary vapor barrier on the floor. Once the subfloor and top build was at or near completion, our team removed the debris and temp vapor barrier to prep for encapsulation. The final stage was to seal encapsulation and dehumidifier to control humidity levels in the crawl space.
