After our initial free inspection, the customer decided to hire H2O Waterproofing. This project was completed in phases. Our crew of highly trained techs cleaned out the crawl space and prepped it for encapsulation. Once completely encapsulated, we installed a dehumidifier to address the high humidity and a new door to seal crawl space. The second phase was to dig up the area where we installed 4 helical piers, per structural engineer report.
