This customer also retained H2O Waterproofing to provide "Peace of Mind" maintenance on the system to help keep running at optimal peak. During our inspection we walked perimeter of the foundation to check for cracks. In the crawl space we checked the integrity of the encapsulation liner, dehumidifier and sump pump. Our highly trained techs replaced the filter on the dehumidifier, checked relative humidity levels as well as cleaned and purged the sump pump. We inspected the discharge for any possible clogs or obstructions.
