This crawlspace home located in Cleveland, Alabama was experiencing high humidity and musty odor. After our initial visit with the customer they liked our solution and decided to hire us. Our crew of H2O Waterproofing techs went to work cleaning out the crawl space to prepare for encapsulation. We first addressed the mold using D.O.T. mold cleaning solution to clean and remove the mold from the subfloor. We then installed our crawl space encapsulation system with a dehumidifier to control the humidity.

This basement home located in Inverness, Alabama was experiencing higher than normal humidity. This was leading to mold on the drywall and wood in the basement. We also address a crack in the poured wall. Our H2O Waterproofing team of professionals went to work. We moved the homeowners items and cleaned the wall to prep for Drylok. Our team also injected the crack on the wall to keep from leaking. We then built a shelf and installed a Watchdog 85 dehumidifier to address the humidity in the basement. We also provided a mold remediation and cleaning of the drywall.
