The customer also agreed to annual "Peace of Mind" Maintenance program to help keep the dehumidifier and sump pump running healthier and longer. Our professionally trained technician completed a thorough walk through of the crawl space and took updated humidity readings. This basement system located in Trussville Alabama was installed by H2O Waterproofing in 2021. The customer is on our "Peace of Mind" Maintenance plan that allows us to service the system annually. Our professionally trained technician completed a thorough walk through of the system and sump pump. We cleaned and purged the sump pump to remove any debris that may cause the float to stick. This also insures there isn't anything obstructing the discharge. This will help ensure the longevity of any electric components.
