Overall, I had a really decent experience with this company. There was a few issues, but they made them right and we’re very great about communicating with me and getting back in contact with me and it’s not what happens sometimes that’s how you handle it.

Brandy Horst of H2O Waterproofing & Foundation came to my home to ascertain why water was pooling in our garage. Ours is a slab built home so groundwater was suspected. After a professional and thourough examination, testing, photos, and consultations we were given a bid to install piping under the slab and a sub pump to keep the groundwater pumped out. I called H2O about a crack in my basement wall and consistently high humidity in my basement. They came over later that same day and recommended a solution (polymer injection into the crack, installing a dehumidifier, painting the concrete with drylock paint, and sealing the top of the wall to reduce humidity intrusion).
