I’ve been dealing with this company since March and still have water coming in my basement. They installed their standard membrane with drainage system and sump pump and quickly repaired the cosmetic damage. However, the water was coming through an egress window that bypassed the installed preventative measures. Their solution was to install a tiny drain from the well to the sump pump. Larry came out, inspected my problem and gave me a couple of options on correcting my issue. He was professional, and easy to deal with. I can't say enough about Imari. His attitude and work ethic made, what should have been a major inconvenience, a very pleasant experience overall. Larry still has a few things to finish up, but I would be comfortable recommending this group to anyone having water issues in your basement.

Downstairs flooded; so looked around and found this company. They had Larry come out and take a look a few days later; he was extremely nice and easy to talk to, plus super helpful in how they operate and what they do exactly. They had Imari and his crew come out about a month later and they did a fantastic job over two days of labor. They were all super polite and cool people.
