The initial inspector Jason came out and thoroughly inspected my roof and detailed the damage and provided a detail description of what is needed for repair with cost. He also showed me a video of the damage. The day of repairs the two roofers showed up promptly and immediately started the repairs and even discovered that additional stuff was needed in order to totally repair the roof.
