Sandra took full control of coordinating every aspect of the project, including arranging and managing subcontractors when unexpected issues arose. They uncovered existing problems with the old roof and handled them quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Hawaiian Built Roofing. Their communication was great, their prices were reasonable, and they followed through on every promise. They went above and beyond to coordinate with an HVAC company to ensure that the roof they installed would be up to code and to ensure I wouldn't have any further issues. Special shout out to Sandra, Kenny, and Israel for doing a wonderful job!

I feel scammed. I called these guys when there was a leak in my preschool's membrane roof on a rainy morning. I was told they could come out that afternoon and we would need to agree on a maximum dollar amount and she suggested $500. She explained if the repair would be more than $500, they would call me for approval. I agreed.
