Hawaiian Built provided a competitive bid and we hired them to do the roof for our new residence (a flat membrane roof). They showed up and completed the job, and we paid them promptly, no complaints. But since then we have had a few issues (surface not cleaned properly so there are a couple of nails under the roofing, and some roofing anchors that did not hold and are working loose.
