Just purchased a roof from Hawaiian Built Roffing and they were great. They provided all the documents requested by my HOA in a timely manner and were very affordable.
I called them and was told they would contact me within a few days to follow up for an estimate. I never received a call back. I then called back a week later and was told the same thing and again they never made contact. I called a third time, leaving a message for a third attempt and never received a call back. I was surprised they had good reviews about customer service when all I got was lip service. Very disappointed. They must be on "island time".
Everyone that works there was extremely nice and helpful. They did an amazing job on my roof. My mom went with a cheaper roofing company and had a leak right after they installed. (( she regrets going to them and wishes she went through Hawaiian built roofing )) They did a poor job. I had no problems with Hawaiian built roofing. They redid my roof , and they also redid my grandmothers roof. We both had no problems and were extremely happy with how well they did
