There were lots of problems uncovered when they stripped off my old roof but they were great about keeping me informed and were able to remedy all the issues and design it better so those things didn’t happen again. They were also great when I had a leak, they came out and fixed it very promptly.

Almost got scammed by another roofing company until I called Hawaiian to take a look. Not only was it cheaper they also said to try insurance which the first company said not to. Insurance ended up covering it and Hawaiian was extremely helpful with helping me through the entire process.
