            This was the best decision I've made in a long time. From the first meeting of estimator, Amber, to the final handshake of person in charge (sorry I didn't get his name) on last day, this was a GREAT experience!             I had a small job that turned out to be a headache with other vendors on the project causing delays. I worked with Steve Taylor and he was very gracious in rolling with the punches. The installation crew was great and they took pictures of each step of the very involved process of installing the turf. The outcome was beautiful. The turf is soft to sit on and doesn't have that "fake grass" look to it. Highly recommend!

            The salesperson, Clayton Johnson, was informative, helpful and knowledgable about the installation of a combination play turf and putting green in our backyard. He also followed up after the installation. The installers, led by Juan, were hard working and careful about the installation checking with me at various times as needed over the two days.             Lawn and paver installation was done with incredible attention to detail. Every paver was placed with exacting attention to spacing and leveling. Crew was extremely courteous and stayed on schedule. Project was very difficult due to garden access via steep stairway (house is on a hill) and because many large tree roots had to be removed.
