Very good experience (so far). But a little room for improvement too. Sales rep was knowledgable and spent time with us to go over options for our yard The install crew was great. (Pleasant and responsive when I interacted with them.) But minimal communication from the admin/financial side though. No notice from them before or after our credit card was charged. (Odd). Install was only a week ago. I do not know how things will go in the months ahead.
