First, the turf is great and the installation was performed quickly and professionally. I had about a 1000 square feet; several installers arrived, porta-potty in tow, and completed the job before dinner. Outstanding look and feel! Would certainly recommend Heavenly Greens to friends and family in need of a turf makeover! Great experience with them! They showed up always on time and were very professional. the guy who showed up for estimation, wasn't pushy at all, very honest and helpful, and had a great set of samples with him. Project implementation was fast, efficient, and clean. when they left my backyard and driveway were cleaner than when they arrived.

Very good experience (so far). But a little room for improvement too. Sales rep was knowledgable and spent time with us to go over options for our yard The install crew was great. (Pleasant and responsive when I interacted with them.) But minimal communication from the admin/financial side though. No notice from them before or after our credit card was charged. (Odd). Install was only a week ago. I do not know how things will go in the months ahead.
