Overall very happy with the whole process, from quote to installation. Ray came right on time for the initial appointment and was responsive every time we contacted him. The installation crew were all very friendly and professional. Only one glitch with scheduling, and the finance department, who could have reached out to let us know the first payment didn't go through.
