Holy Smokes! If you want your curb appeal to POP then I suggest getting the Artificial Turf. Our front yard went from "Ughkk.." to WOW. They were on time and completed the whole process in 1 day. It really looks amazing and we have no complaints. This was definitely a good investment into the home.
