Our roof needed replaced and we called around for estimates. When Jake from Herbert Roofing came out to give us a quote he found some lose plywood on the garage roof that needed attention as well. Jake did a complete inspection even up in the attic where we found less than adequate ventilation. Roof was scheduled for replacement within a couple weeks.
