Company replaced whole roof 12 years ago and did an excellent job. They came out last fall (2024) to patch up some shingles and replace a flashing guard and guard came off 2 months later. I called and ask them to come out to replace guard that came off because of improper installation, but they won’t warranty repair work.
They want to charge me a $150 service call for a 5 min job, that they didn’t get right the first time.
