From the time we received our quote to picking out our color to installation was about 3 week’s. We can’t believe that they were finished in one day! And you couldn’t even tell they were here. Herbert Roofing replaced our roof in June. There were some cosmetic issues that we noticed shortly after they left, edge pieces that were crooked, that sort of thing. But they came back to fix it when I called. I don't think those were functional problems; it just looked sloppy. They were responsive when I called.

While we’re glad we were able to address the initial concerns promptly, we regret that the chimney issue led to a loss of confidence and that we weren’t able to resolve it before you chose another contractor. Our overall experience with Herbert Roofing was okay. The initial process of having someone do a minor roof repair and then install a new roof was a positive experience. However, the aftermath was not the best.
