They showed up early (with our permission) and were friendly and helpful. John M and Dale did a fix on our situation immediately for a reasonable price. Would happily use them again in the future.
I didn't contract work from Herbert directly but they did work on a house I purchased just days before the purchase went through. They did work in the attic and "sealed" up a hole on the outside. The attic work was inadequate and the outside work was sloppy and incomplete. There are still spaces big enough in the hole for pests to enter. They also left spray foam and debris all over the back of the house. It was a poorly done job in every regard.
The workers did an excellent job of arriving in time, getting right to work, and cleaning up. Overall they were very efficient and we would highly recommend them for roofing. Carlos explained what they had to do and made sure things were cleaned up before he left.
Awesome experience! From Jeremy during the consultation and quote to the clean and fast install it was a professional job throughout. Above and beyond expectations!!
