We had Jonah from Herbert come out yesterday and he did a great job in giving us a thorough estimate on a new roof for our home. He explained how the entire process would go, step by step and answered our questions in detail. He was very respectful of our home and my wife and I. First impressions are huge and he did a great job. I feel confident that we picked the right people for the job.
I recently had Herbert install my new $17K roof after doing some research.
The good: Their salesman was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the process and financial options. Their finish work is very good, shingles are straight and look nice. They did a good job cleaning up.
Areas of Improvement: The "Foreman" did not do a great job ensuring the installers were delivering a uniform, high quality level of workmanship. I had to speak up twice and ask for sheathing boards to be properly ... Read more
