        The salesman failed to put in the correct notes for the installation of my roof, therefore their crew messed up my roof 3 different times within 5 days, but I will say herbert roofing did make it right buy fixing it to my liking and refunding me some money for my wasted time, overall experience wasn’t the worst but could have been a lot better, hopefully they learned from this!

        Phenomenal service!!! Got a quote 10th and they started o. The roof on the 23rd and finished on the 24th on an approximate 4500 square roof. Professional and amazing all the way around!

        This company is professional right from the start. Mark answered every question I asked during estimate. The project manager Kevin and lead guy on the job John, also answered and were quick to respond to anything I asked about. All the workers were polite, careful, and, extremely hard working. I would tell anyone to call them. I have an extremely steep pitched roof and it was care and thought put in on the plan for replacement. A pleasure to do business with.
