        I had this company do some insulation installation and minor repairs on my roof in Sept 2022. I had called them several times in December 2022 to make them aware that a quoted item was not performed (flashing around a chimney). I was told that the person who had performed the quote no longer worked for them and they lost the information. I was also told that they would get back to me and make it right.
