I recently had Herbert install my new $17K roof after doing some research. The good: Their salesman was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the process and financial options. Their finish work is very good, shingles are straight and look nice. They did a good job cleaning up. Areas of Improvement: The "Foreman" did not do a great job ensuring the installers were delivering a uniform, high quality level of workmanship.
