        The estimator who first came out did a very detailed description of the problems, showed me quite a few pictures showing the problems and what would need to be done to fix the problems, and the cost to do the repairs (which was less that I expected it would be!).         The crew arrived as scheduled by the office, and had a 30 square job done in a day and a half. The crew leader had plenty of pictures of the condition of the sheathing, ice guard, underlayment, etc. Clean-up was phenomenal and communication with the estimator, scheduler, and foreman was very good.
