They answered all of our questions and we were kept up-to-date on progress. We were pleasantly surprised at the attention to protect the area around our house and deck; use of netting and tarps. The clean-up was almost immaculate; we found maybe 5 nails.

He was detailed and honest about the work that we would need done in the future and didn’t try to upsell us on anything earlier than needed.
