The estimator who first came out did a very detailed description of the problems, showed me quite a few pictures showing the problems and what would need to be done to fix the problems, and the cost to do the repairs (which was less that I expected it would be!). He explained everything in detail to me before he left. The 2-man crew who came out also took many photos before, during and after the repair.
