I had plaster peeling in my backroom, I called Herbert and asked them to come check it out. I talked to Jason, he got to me quickly and came out to take a look. He was courteous, very informative and explained very clearly what the problem was. If I have any other roofing problems he's the first person I'd call. Thanks Jason you made my day!

Really disappointed. Have used Herbert Roofing (Midland, MI) for some minor repairs in the past. Very professional and responsive then. I've attempted to have a quote completed for a new roof recently and have made three calls with limited response to my calls. Not a characteristic of past experience. I'm working harder to get their business than they are to get mine. Moving on.
