Really disappointed. Have used Herbert Roofing (Midland, MI) for some minor repairs in the past. Very professional and responsive then. I've attempted to have a quote completed for a new roof recently and have made three calls with limited response to my calls. Not a characteristic of past experience. I'm working harder to get their business than they are to get mine. Moving on.
