Neglected to do step flashing on our 2 new additions.It was sad because they would not communicate with us they would make it right. Very unprofessional. But they were paid promptly. I will not use this company in the future. Although they did complete the job we'll see if it's good years down the road. And i have to add after the job ..it looks beautiful. Love the ultra HD shingles.
Bonnie we’re very sorry that you feel this way yet confused at the same time with your review. What you have failed to mention was that your home has wood siding and the installers COULD NOT install flashing behind the siding on your new additions without causing damage to the siding. It wasn’t until the project was completed that you told our operations manager that you were installing new siding on the house. We let you know at that time that the crew had moved onto their next job and as soon as they completed that job, they can’t stop in the middle of a job, we would be back to install the flashing to prepare for the new siding. At no time was your home in danger of water getting inside. We did not communicate with you daily because there was nothing new to communicate with you about. I’m not sure how that’s unprofessional. The job was completed EXACTLY when we originally communicated with you that it would be. Once again we apologize if your expectation was for us to call you daily even if there was no new information to communicate about.
