Corey Smith was our area Rep and he came to our home and wrote us an estimate for the re-roof. He then scheduled a meeting to go over the estimate at a time that worked with our schedule. He was very good at explaining the warranty and what it covered and didn't pressure us into spending more money than we needed to or to make a decision on the spot.
