Our roof was damaged substantially from the recent wind storm in Rochester. Nick is wonderful man. He called me back promptly after he got my voice message. He came over to my house right away and fixed the roof to protect from the snow moisture until he replace it with a new roofing in the coming spring. I am a very satisfied customer.
