I called in November of 2020 and the earliest appointment was Feb. 2021. I was willing to wait due to their excellent reviews. The site visit went fine and I was told that I would get a quote in about 2 weeks. Well I never got the quote. I called multiple times and by April 5th I was told that they just couldn't do it. I waited 5 months. Not a way to do business.
We had a patio and patio wall installed in our backyard. Melissa and Matt were extremely responsive to our questions and did a great job in keeping us up to speed with next steps. The team was amazing with the install. They did in three days what would have taken me three months and it looks great. Really appreciate the work done and definitely would recommend. Well done!
Hick's services my townhome community. I have called multiple times to report issues with the pet waste station not being cleared out. I have been laughed at and ignored. The issue continues which leads to overflowing bins (see photo) and residents of the community not picking up their pet waste because there is no where to put it. This issue is ongoing and many residents have reported to our HOA and directly to Hick's with no resolution.
