Me and my wife moved to Franklin, NC around 8 months ago. The home we purchased had a roof leak around the chimney so we decided to have are roof replaced instead of having it repaired. I contacted Highlands roofing, Josh came out and gave us a fair price so we decided to hire Highlands Roofing to replace are roof. We opted for the shingle roof. Josh came out and gave an estimate. It included metal and shingle roofs and other additional upgrades and options. The estimate was very thorough and was exactly what the project ended up costing us. And the quality of work is out of this world! I would recommend them over and over again. Michael on the repair crew was very knowledgeable. Luke even came out after the work was finished and did a final walk-through of all the repairs they did.
