DO NOT HIRE HIGHLANDER ROOFING AND RUN FROM LUKE SMITH! We have had the WORST experience with Highlander Roofing (Luke Smith). Due to damage from Hurricane Helene we needed a new roof. We received 2 bids that were equal in cost. Unfortunately, we went with Luke Smith because the timeline was going to be quicker to get the roof completed. What a MISTAKE. I called for a repair they showed up when they said for the estimate which I thought was very reasonable and actually called me to see if they could come earlier then scheduled and completed repairs and I was very happy with the work

I relied on referrals, reviews, real estate agents…..I even contacted the Better Business Bureau.
