My chimney sleeve was blown off my roof during a bad storm. Plus, I had a few roof leaks over my back patio. They were able to repair and reuse / reattach the sleeve (without having to buy a new one) and patched the roof in the spots needed. They saved me by not having to replace the whole roof.
