They came out for a quote, looked and discussed the options and then I simply never heard back despite telling me I’d get a written quote for the work. Giving them 5 stars for the fact they seemed nice and showed up but minus 2 stars for going radio silent and not following up. Even if they had let me know there was no interest. Odd that this is how they chose to proceed but I guess it’s OK as I’ll find someone willing to do the work.

Excellent customer service. Easy to get someone knowledgeable on the phone. Showed up and finished on time. Installation was as promised. Site was left clean. Owner inspected the sight and asked if it was acceptable. Highly recomended.
