The roof repair had to be rescheduled several times due to recent hurricane threats. But, it finally was done. We’re happy with the results. The roofers explained what they were doing and took pictures before and after to show us the repairs. Deja was pleasant to work with during all of the rescheduling and Calvin was very thorough in his post job inspection- and also a good customer service representative.

Customer service started off good but definitely declined. The work itself seemed like it was done well. Customer service however is lacking, and receiving any follow ups with this company is extremely challenging. It has been over 4 months and I am still waiting for them to come back and complete the job. There has been numerous emails and calls to Hi Point to assist me with my issue and I am still waiting for a resolution.
